I didn’t get glasses until later in life. So I started at the “big box” stores. Over the last 3 years, the big one at our Knoxville mall has messed up my glasses and contacts over and over - never making eye contact with me or listening to my needs on top of ordering the wrong items. I finally found Dr. Best through a friend and she’s been such a game changer! I’m finally wearing daily contacts (which I’ve wanted for years but told I couldn’t have) and she put me in neurolenses to improve my glasses game! They’re not inexpensive but they’re worth it! I got them for sunglasses as well… AND I’m going to order an extra pair without power to wear with my contacts (for astigmatism) when I need to do more focused work/reading. She spent 40 min with me during the initial visit… never rushed me and really truly listened to my needs/wants! So grateful! Sent my husband to her and he is just as happy with her knowledge, instinct to educate and service.

I cannot say enough good about the staff here! My husband and I came in today for an eye exam and were treated very well. Dr. Best was very kind and thorough during both our exams and the ladies working the front counter were very helpful and attentive to our needs.
